A village within a village.

A small tribute to the local architecture, Ktima Pogonia emerges quietly from a hilly terrain at the outskirts of Pogonia village, seamlessly blending hidden yards, mediterranean gardens, local stone, oak ceilings, and terracotta floors. The design aims at defining when we are enough, do enough, and have enough—exploring what brings us here and why we make this area our second home. We found some answers in colours, textures, materials, sounds, flavours, ingredients, forms, and shapes, while finding others in the stillness of the landscape during warm summer nights and its wild beauty on winter mornings. Yet, we found the most enduring answers deeply rooted in the faces of the local people—in the way they live, dress, and celebrate. In Pogonia, we are enough, do enough, have enough; it is slow living at its most natural.
